THE ISSUE

The client had a Multitenant PBX solution that caused frequent service stability problems and loss of communication.

PROPOSAL

We proposed replacing the platform core, maintaining the management layer developed by them in order to provide them with a robust, scalable and stable solution that would allow for superior service.

SOLUTION

Given the complexity of the replacement solution, we worked in a laboratory environment verifying the compatibility of the entire solution and conducting the necessary stress tests.

After validating all the tests, we organized a maintenance window and migrated the solution to service production, where everything worked as expected.

RESULTS

As a result of the migration, the solution stabilized. The client gained confidence in the platform and increased their installed user base 40%.
